As with just about everything that you buy, we did find some shortcomings with the Midwest Gloves & Gear Garden Kneeler Bench:
- The padding did seem a little hard, but by adding a second pad, or even a rolled up towel, our sore knees were much more comfortable!
- Many people reported that the spring closer was a bit tight, and especially if you have hand strength issues, you might find it easier to simply leave the kneeler unfolded and ready to use all the time.
- And, finally a few people did mention that the little rubber ends and pieces used to plug the holes on the frame tend to fall off after a while. But, for the price, this would not deter most from repurchasing it.
